Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
