Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength.
